Introduction

In the past, most of mobile service income was coming from Short Message Services(SMS). Later, it came from Multimedia Messaging Services(MMS), Instant Messaging(IM), email & mobile Internet. Today, it’s from Tracking users & applications. Location based service is an innovative technology that provides information based on the geographical location of the user. Knowing the physical position of a user at any given time can bring huge potential to application service providers. Which allows mobile users to get services based on their geographical location.

In this project, we’re going to introduce a LBS Oriented Homeland Security, the user of this service will be able to look after the location history of people which had an instance in the data base.
